General Purpose
LEVVON MARGARINE is suitable for the
preparation of any (including those that require margarine whipping)
confectionary and bread pastry (butter biscuits, short products,
cakes, oatmeal biscuits, sugar biscuits, hard-dough biscuits, crackers,
gingerbreads, dried biscuits, soft ring-shaped rolls, bagels, loaves,
rolls, buns, cream-filled pastry, etc.), as well as for the preparation
of culinary products.
Ingregients
Vegetable refined deodorized oils,
including interesterified: palm and its fractions, sunflower, coconut,
water, emulsifiers (E471, E475), salt, antioxidants (E304i, E306),
acidity regulator (citric acid), flavoring, colorants (E100, E160b).
Packing
Margarine is packed in 20 kg boxes.
Shelf life and storage conditions
When the product is stored in
refrigerated storage rooms or refrigerators with constant air
circulation, the expiration date from the date of manufacturing at the
temperature of:
from -20°C to 20°C - 12 months.
